Recent products include www.21stcenturyentrepreneurs.co.uk , an online self-assessment and coaching tool that provides business owners with immediate and valuable insights into the impact their attitudes and personality can have upon the development of their business. www.enterprisecatalyst.co.uk provides younger people with an insight into themselves as enterprising individuals and provides support agencies and schools with valuable benchmarking data. www.abcdiagnostic.co.uk is a highly innovative and exciting business diagnostic tool designed to coach individuals through all aspects of the business development process, whilst at the same time providing agencies with a diagnostic and signposting facility.

David spent many years researching, teaching and facilitating enterprise and entrepreneurship around the world. He is still a Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Liverpool. However, the desire to create and grow his own successful business became too strong and in 2002, he abandoned the security of a public sector pension and tenured university position to follow the more ‘romantic route’ and live the life of an entrepreneur. He will always recall the terror induced when he looked at his online bank balance on August 28th 2002, and noted the absence of his monthly salary and the continued presence of every outgoing cost! David is a Chartered Psychologist (and at times he needs to be) and was founding Director of the Barclays Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Durham. He has created four unique businesses taking one to sale in 2004. He is married with two children, an awful guitar player, a passionate supporter of Middlesbrough Football Club and lives in County Durham.
